Mavis Ng is currently serving as Assistant Portfolio Manager at Nuveen, a TIAA company, focusing on fund management in APAC real estate since January 2024. Prior experience includes working as an Investment Manager at Union Investment Real Estate GmbH from April 2017 to December 2023, overseeing a German open-ended fund in the APAC real estate sector. Mavis began as a Private Funds Management Analyst at Mapletree from October 2013 to March 2017 and completed an internship in Industrial Investments at Knight Frank in late 2009. Academic qualifications include a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration, a Master’s in Real Estate Investment from Bayes Business School, and a Bachelor of Applied Science with First Class Honors in Property from RMIT University.
