Michael James

Michael James is a Managing Director at Nuveen, a TIAA company, where Michael also serves as Vice President and Associate General Counsel. Prior to this role, Michael worked at Lazard Asset Management as a Vice President in Legal Counsel. Michael also has experience as a Legal Counsel at Man GLG and Simmons & Simmons. Michael holds a Bachelor of Laws in English Law and French Law from the University of Exeter, a Master's degree in European Law from Université de Rennes I, and completed their LPC at BPP Law School.
