Michael Moy

Michael Moy, M.A., PHR, serves as the Managing Director and Business Area HR Leader at Nuveen, a TIAA company, since May 2019, following a role as Vice President and HR Business Partner. Prior experience includes HR Program Lead for Coaching and Development at ZS and Manager in Talent for People Advisory Services at EY. Michael began a career in organizational development at Rush University Medical Center and gained leadership experience as General Manager at Brothers Bar and Grill, overseeing a high-grossing location. Michael holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
