Paul Kwon is currently the Sr. Director and Head of Platform Engineering at Nuveen, a TIAA company, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Paul worked as a Software Engineer and later as Head of Algorithmic Systems at Brooklyn Investment Group from 2019 to 2021. In addition, they co-founded a Stealth AI Startup between 2023 and 2024. Paul gained experience as a Manufacturing Engineer at Procter & Gamble in 2018 and conducted research at both Washington University in St. Louis and BIO-FD&C. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis, as well as an International Baccalaureate Diploma from UWC South East Asia.
