Robert Kron currently serves as Managing Director and Head of Advisor Education at Nuveen since January 2020. Prior to this role, Robert founded Leading Perspective, LLC, where the focus was on simplifying complex concepts to facilitate confident decision-making. Experience includes a tenure as Managing Director of Value Add and Retirement Marketing at BlackRock from March 2008 to March 2019, and a position as Director at Merrill Lynch from June 1990 to June 2007. Robert pursued studies in Economics at the University of Colorado Boulder and the University of Redlands.
