Steve Klepack

Steve Klepack currently serves as the VP of Operational Risk at Nuveen, a TIAA company, where they perform ongoing monitoring and assessment of the operational risk control environment. Prior to this role, Steve held various positions including Director of Middle Office at TIAA-CREF, where they managed operational platforms and led strategic initiatives, and Vice President of Trade Operations at Pequot Capital Management Inc., overseeing trade settlements and operational processes. Steve has also worked as a Business Analyst for the T+2 initiative at the Bank of Montreal, focusing on the impact of industry changes on capital markets and wealth management platforms. They are pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management at Towson University.
