Ted Maa

Ted Maa is a seasoned professional in private equity and impact investing, currently serving as Managing Director at Nuveen, a TIAA company, since August 2023, and is an Investment Committee Member. Previously, Ted was a Partner at Pine Brook Partners from July 2012 to August 2023, where contributions included serving on the Energy Team and multiple boards, such as Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committees for Serafina Energy. Prior experience includes roles at Denham Capital as Vice President, and earlier positions at Goldman Sachs and Apache Corporation as an Analyst. Ted earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
