Thom Sayers

Thom Sayers is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management. Currently serving as a Real Estate Consultant for the Nuveen Housing Impact Investing Team since August 2022, Sayers previously held the position of Senior Director at Nuveen from March 2016 to June 2022. Prior to this, Sayers worked as Director and Asset Manager at TH Real Estate from April 2014 to March 2016, and as Vice President and Asset Manager at Henderson Global Investors from 1999 to April 2014. Earlier roles included Director of Financial Services at Phoenix Life Insurance, where Sayers led the Real Estate Group, and Office Manager at Stroehmann Bakeries Inc. Sayers holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Accounting from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
