Eric Denker

Eric Denker is currently the Vice President of Corporate Development at Nuvei and Paya, where they have established a strong presence in corporate strategy. Previously, they served as the Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy at Lucid, LLC, where they successfully facilitated an acquisition worth $1.1 billion. With experience as a Director of Corporate Development at Ziff Davis, Eric managed over 20 M&A transactions across diverse sectors. Their earlier roles include Senior Associate at Triage Consulting Group and Manager of Partnerships at Willis Towers Watson, alongside a brief tenure in investment banking at Rothschild & Co. Eric is pursuing an MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
