Arun Reddy

Arun Reddy is the Head of Delivery & Operations at Nuvepro. Arun has over 20 years of experience in IT management and leadership. Arun has a successful track record of leading teams and delivering results in complex technical environments.

Arun started their career at Sabre Corporation, where they spent five years as the Sr Manager of Systems Planning and Management. In this role, they were responsible for providing strategic direction and management coverage for Sabre's products and services. Arun successfully led a team that insourced a command center from a third-party service provider. Arun also led service owner teams that maintained platform uptime for Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) at 99.99% for over 24 months.

After Sabre, Arun joined Nuvepro as the Head of Delivery & Operations. In this role, they are responsible for leading Nuvepro's delivery and operations teams. Arun has successfully onboarded platform support operations to L1/L2 support with 95% conversion of SME/tribal knowledge to runbooks led support operations. Arun has also implemented automation, auto-remediation and process reengineering to reduce MTTR and deliver better uptime to customers.

Arun Reddy's educational career includes completing an accelerated development program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education, an MBA from ICFAI - Hyderabad, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University. Arun Reddy also holds certifications from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education in The Accelerated Development Program, DevOps Institute in DevOps Foundation Certification, Coursera in Site Reliability Engineering: Measuring and Managing Reliability by Google Cloud, Anexas Europe in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB), and AXELOS Global Best Practice in ITIL V3 Foundation.
