Suzanne Spellacy

Suzanne Spellacy has a strong background in legal roles, including serving as General Counsel for the Minnesota Timberwolves & Lynx since 2021. Prior to that, they were the General Counsel for Jack Link's Protein Snacks from 2019 to 2021. Suzanne also held various positions at Taylor Corporation from 2000 to 2019, including Vice President & General Counsel and Vice President & Assistant General Counsel. In addition, they served as General Counsel for the Minnesota Timberwolves from 2000 to 2019. Before their time at Taylor Corporation and the Timberwolves, Spellacy worked at Winthrop & Weinstine. P.A. as a Shareholder, Associate, and Law Clerk. Suzanne began their legal career in 1990. Suzanne also gained outside director experience as a Director for Nuvera Communications, Inc. starting in 2012.

Suzanne Spellacy obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Literature from the College of Saint Benedict, where they attended from 1983 to 1987. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Loyola Catholic School from 1979 to 1983. Eventually, Suzanne pursued higher education and earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Minnesota Law School, where they studied from 1989 to 1992.
