Patrick Barber

Patrick Barber has a long and varied work experience. Patrick began their career in 2005 as a Technician for Advanced Building Technologies, Inc. In 2006, they moved to ASB Bank as an IT Support Analyst. In 2007, they joined the Auckland City Council as a Systems and Database Administrator and Service Desk Representative. In 2009, they became a Technician at Maxgear. From 2010 to 2015, they worked at Pernod Ricard Winemakers as a Business Analyst and HelpDesk. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Service Delivery Manager at Fusion5. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Consultant at DXC Red Rock. Finally, in 2020, they became the Director of Product Strategy, CPG at NuVerge, LLC. During their time at various companies, they have been responsible for project management, client issue resolution, selling of strategic partnership agreements, compliance and licensing, data migration, hardware troubleshooting, and customer relations. Patrick has also gained experience in various software, such as JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, IBM AS/400, SQL, Showcase Query, Microsoft Excel and Visio, Lotus Approach databases, Macro Express, and customized winery management software.

Patrick Barber attended Grantham Park from 1991 to 1993 and Empangeni High School from 1994 to 1998.
