William H. has over 30 years of experience in the professional services industry. William began their career in 1990 as Senior Director of MIS at A.C. Nielsen (Division of Dun and Bradstreet). In 1995, they moved to Sanwa Bank as Vice President of Information Technology, where they were responsible for the strategic and tactical network architecture support and planning. In 1997, they joined JDEdwards as Sr. Director, accountable for the Advanced Consulting organization of Global Advanced Technology Services. In 2002, they became Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at The Flex Company of America, responsible for leadership of sales, marketing, human resources, facilities, service delivery, and customer service. In 2004, they co-founded Denovo, LLC as a Professional Services firm focused on Consulting and Managed Services for Oracle J. D. Edwards. In 2018, they became Managing Director and Co-Founder at Barn Burner Ventures, LLC and Founder and Chief Operating Officer at NuVerge, LLC.

William H. began their educational journey at Wellsville High School, where they graduated in 1981. William then pursued an MBA from the University of Colorado Denver, completing the Executive MBA Program in 2003. Subsequently, they have attended various executive series and programs at MIT Sloan School of Management, Harvard University and LinkedIn, including Management of Research, Development and Technology-Based Innovation, Promoting Innovation and Organization Change, Managing Technology Professionals and Organizations, Strategies for Enhancing Executive Influence, Executive Program in Corporate Strategy, Executive Series on Management & Technology, and Managing Complex Product Development Projects. In 2018, they also obtained a certification in Learning to Say No from LinkedIn.
