Joel Peer

Joel Peer is an experienced analytics professional currently serving as the Analytics Consultant Team Lead at NuView Analytics, where responsibilities include the development and deployment of Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, Data Models, and Visualizations for clients. Previously, Joel served as an Advisory Board Member at the University of Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business, advising on customer satisfaction courses and contributing insights from a background in business intelligence. With a long tenure at Elevations Credit Union, Joel progressed from Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to Director of Business Intelligence, overseeing all BI project lifecycles and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making. Earlier experience includes roles at IBM, Kelly Services, and Wells Fargo Bank, building a strong foundation in technical support, operational leadership, and customer service. Joel holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Northern Colorado.
