In 2017, they worked as an Equity Analyst for Lemma Senbet Fund and as a Latin America Mergers & Acquisitions Summer Analyst for JPMorgan Chase & Co. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as an Investment Specialist and Private Bank Investment Analyst for JPMorgan Chase & Co. Currently, they are a Strategy & Business Operations for Nuvocargo.

Paula Rabade attended Escuela Argentina de Washington DC from 2002 to 2014, followed by Winston Churchill High School from 2010 to 2014. Paula then graduated from University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business in 2018 with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance.
