Nuvola Technology (nuvola.tech) formally Millibatt, Inc. is an advanced battery materials company rapidly commercializing SafeCoat™ DDS, a direct deposition polymer battery separator technology. SafeCoat DDS eliminates the primary cause of EV and other high-energy battery fires by replacing troublesome plastic film separator material with an innovative sprayed polymer separator material that fully encapsulates the entire electrode surface. High-energy batteries built with SafeCoat DDS separator material are safer, have higher energy capacity, and are more profitable to manufacture.
