Lance Kallman

Lance Kallman is currently the Director of AI Infrastructure at Nuwave, focusing on developing cutting-edge AI systems for internal automation and improved customer experiences. Previously, they co-founded PrimeAI, where they oversaw the operations and growth of an AI and machine learning company dedicated to optimizing business forecasting and predictions. Lance has also held roles in notable organizations, including serving as a communications officer in the United States Air Force and managing executive searches at Heidrick & Struggles. They graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with a B.S. in Core Engineering Curriculum and Management and take pride in supporting veterans and networking with fellow service academy graduates.
