Benjamin Thomas

Benjamin Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Benjamin began their career at JPMorgan Chase in 2009 as a Dispute by Phone Advisor and later worked as a Unit Specialist and Operations Coordinator. In 2012, they became an Information Risk Analyst, focusing on Identity and Access Management.

In 2013, Benjamin joined NuWaves Engineering as a Technical Support Specialist, responsible for troubleshooting IT issues, creating and implementing IT policies, and leading domain projects. Benjamin then took on the role of Accounting Lead, where they managed IT strategy, financial reporting, and relationship management. Benjamin later became the Administrative Operations Lead, leading IT, Accounting, Contracts, Talent Management, Admin/Facilities operations, and driving cultural change.

From 2015 to 2017, Benjamin served as the Director of Operations at NuWaves, overseeing various operational domains such as Accounting, Talent Management, Production, and Information Systems. Benjamin also represented the NuWaves leadership team and promoted the company's culture. Currently, Benjamin holds the position of Director of Finance, responsible for managing the company's bottom-line results, ensuring compliance, and working with the leadership team to achieve financial success in the short and long term.

Benjamin Thomas completed their education in a chronological order. Benjamin first obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. After that, they pursued further education and graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Network and Communications Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University between 2011 and 2013. In addition to their formal education, Benjamin obtained a certification as a Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT) from Cisco Systems in July 2012.
