Mike Ginley began their career in brand management with blue chip companies such as Kraft General Foods and Campbell Soup Company. They transitioned to the spirits industry as Brand Manager for Jose Cuervo Tequila, where they launched the successful Jose Cuervo Margaritas brand, earning the AMA Edison Award. Mike served as Global Marketing Director for Sauza Tequila and later held the position of Vice President of On-Premise Sales at Allied Domecq, leading a prominent sales team recognized by Cheers Magazine. After founding Next Level Marketing and achieving significant brand activations, Mike currently serves as President of NV Group USA, while continuing to develop new spirit brands. Mike holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
