They founded Addictions, where they currently serve as the director and owner, catering to ambitious brands and organizations. Bert has held various roles, including as a senior communication advisor at NV SRO and as a member of the communication team at Proef Amersfoort. They have also served as a board member of Masters of Business, contributing their expertise from 2013 to 2023.
