Jeff Lower

Jeff Lower is currently a Senior Account Manager at NV5 Geospatial and has served as Co-Owner and COO of Resolution, LLC since 2016. Previously, they held various leadership roles, including Civil Works Department Manager at Northrop Grumman Integrated Intelligence Systems and Vice President of Operations at Magnolia River. They were also Executive Vice President at IIC Technologies and have experience as a Managing Partner at 3K3, LLC. Jeff earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Geography and Fluvial Geomorphology from the University of Florida.
