Mark Meade

Mark Meade is the Senior Vice President for Shared Services at Quantum Spatial, where they lead acquisition and international operations. With over three decades of experience in civil engineering, surveying, and geospatial professions, Mark has worked on over $3 billion in constructed projects related to water, wastewater, transportation, and commercial development. Previously, Mark served as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Photo Science, focusing on technology implementation and business development. An active contributor to the professional community, they have held leadership roles in various engineering organizations and currently serve on the Civil Engineering Industry Advisory Committee at the University of Kentucky, where they earned both undergraduate and graduate degrees.
