Andrew Chang

Andrew Chang possesses extensive experience in engineering and operations management, having held various leadership roles in notable companies. As COO, Buildings and Technology at NV5, Andrew advanced through roles including Senior Vice President and Executive Director from March 2022 to January 2025. Prior to NV5, Andrew co-founded Fulton Consulting Engineers, serving as CEO from March 2019 to April 2022, where oversight included leading the company through a successful sale to NV5. At Ice Energy from January 2016 to December 2019, Andrew held multiple positions, including Director of Regional Operations, where responsibilities encompassed team building and operational growth. Andrew's earlier experience includes roles at jba consulting engineers and WB Engineers Consultants PLLC, focusing on project management and client relationship development. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Aerospace Engineering from Rutgers University between January 2002 and January 2007.
