They are currently the Director of Ecological Services at NV5 Florida, leveraging over 30 years of experience in ecological consulting, permitting, and project management. Previously, Andy served as Vice President and Senior Ecologist at Passarella & Associates, Inc., and as Vice President at CHW Professional Consultants. Their extensive background includes expertise in wetland and listed species permitting, environmental impact assessments, and ecological assessments, making them a key advocate for responsible environmental solutions.
