Colista Freeman

Colista Freeman is an experienced Planning Senior Project Manager currently at NV5 since October 2019, having previously held the same position at CALYX Engineers + Consultants from March 2007 to October 2019. At CALYX, Colista managed multiple NEPA and SEPA highway projects and provided comprehensive planning services for the NCDOT Rail Division. Prior to this, Colista worked as a Transportation Engineer at NCDOT from January 1999 to May 2006, overseeing NEPA highway projects, including significant work on NC 12 in the Outer Banks. Colista holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University and an Associate of Arts degree from Peace College.
