Jonathan Rowland, P.E. has diverse work experience in the field of civil engineering. Jonathan started their career as a Design Engineer at NV5 in 2003, where they worked until 2005. Jonathan then joined Michael Baker International, formerly RBF Consulting, in 2005 as a Project Manager, specializing in Land Development and Public Works. After twelve years with Michael Baker International, they returned to NV5 in 2017 as Vice President. In this role, they manage and expands a department of skilled professionals, focusing on educational and institutional projects. Additionally, they have been a key project manager for the Civil portion of the Power Your Drive program, overseeing the installation of electric vehicle chargers across Southern California. Jonathan is also involved in teaching and organizing a six-month Foundations of Project Management seminar.

Jonathan Rowland, P.E. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware, which they obtained from 1999 to 2003. Jonathan has obtained several additional certifications throughout their career, including Certified Design Quality Control Manager from Associated General Contractors, San Diego Chapter, Inc., Certified Toastmaster - Competent Communicator from Toastmasters International, LEED Accredited Professional from USGBC-Los Angeles, and Professional Engineer from the CA Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. Jonathan is also a Qualified SWPPP Developer (QSD), certified by the CA Water Resources Control Board.
