Jose R. Cuarta

Jose R. Cuarta, P.E., is the Senior Engineer Forensics at NV5, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, Jose served as the SVP of Land at Century Communities, Inc. from 2019 to 2020, and as President of JFourth, LLC from 2016 to 2019. With a BS in Environmental Engineering from Western Kentucky University, they possess extensive expertise in Land Development, Highways, Feasibility Studies, and Project Estimation. Prior to their current position, Jose worked as Florida East Coast Regional Acquisition Manager at Adams Homes and as VP of Acquisition & Land Development at LGI Homes.
