Ladd Cluff is the current Director of Survey at NV5, where they have been leading initiatives since 2024. Previously, Ladd served as the Survey Project Manager at T-O Engineers from 2018 to 2022 and held the position of City Surveyor for the City of Olympia from 2010 to 2018. Ladd's earlier experience includes roles as Survey Manager at both Columbia Northwest Engineering, PS and Elk Mountain Engineering, as well as Project Surveyor at Quadrant Consulting, Inc. and Geomatics Group Lead at David Evans and Associates, Inc.
