Levis Koloko

Levis Koloko, P.E., serves as the Vice President and FL Director of Transportation Services at NV5 since July 2023. Prior to this role, Koloko held significant positions at Jacobs from June 2019 to June 2023, including Highway Group Lead and Design Lead/Project Manager. From January 2007 to May 2019, Koloko worked as a Senior Engineer at Parsons. The professional journey began with a Co-op position at Jordan, Jones & Goulding from September 2005 to December 2006. Koloko earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology (2004-2007) and an Associate Degree in Science from Montgomery College (2001-2004), with initial education at Grambling State University.
