Lilly began a career in surveying as a College Intern-Survey Department with the State of Alaska Department of Transportation and has a strong educational background with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Science in Geomatics from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and the University of Alaska Anchorage.
