Mark Bielecki

Mark Bielecki is a performance-driven leader in energy project diligence and technology deployment, with nearly 15 years of management and executive leadership experience. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at NV5, Mark oversees innovative projects across federal, state, and utility sectors, focusing on transformative energy solutions. Past roles include contributions as a Managing Consultant at Navigant and as Senior Director of Transportation Programs at the Center for Sustainable Energy. Mark holds an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Arizona University and a B.S. in Physics from the University of Puget Sound, and is also a volunteer firefighter and paramedic.
