Mark Weaver

Mark Weaver, SE, PE, is the Transportation Director for California at NV5, a role they began in January 2025, continuing a career focused on civil infrastructure solutions. With over 16 years of experience, Mark previously served as an Associate at Cornerstone Structural Engineering Group from 2008 to 2024, where they managed multiple projects, ensured adherence to schedules and budgets, and oversaw a team of engineers. Mark began their journey in engineering as a Student Assistant at CAL FIRE in 2007, contributing to facilities management for fire protection services. They hold a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering and Mechanics of Materials from the University of California, Berkeley, earned in 2011.
