Mary E. Cook, CTS, currently serves as Associate Principal and Senior Project Consultant at NV5 since August 2012. In addition, Cook is actively involved with AVIXA on the Standards Committee and as the Local Group Leader for the Women's Council in Detroit since 2015. Previous experience includes tenure as a Sr. Consultant at JaffeHolden, where responsibilities included designing and managing the installation of large-scale audio and video systems. Cook has also held key positions at EAW as Global Manager of the Application Support Group and at Bose Corporation as Sr. Field Engineer for the Professional Products Division, specializing in large-scale sound system installations. Early career experience includes co-founding Creative Audio, an audio contracting firm. Cook holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Engineering Technology from Ball State University, completed in 1989.
