Matt Moore

Matt Moore is a seasoned water resources professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Water Resources at NV5 since April 2023, Matt has previously held the position of Director, Water Resources Engineer at WSP USA from February 2014 to April 2023. Prior roles include Project Manager for Water Resources at URS Corporation from 2003 to 2014 and Civil Engineer at Project Design Consultants from 2000 to 2002. Matt began a career in civil engineering at Sikand Engineering from 1995 to 1999 and Dewberry from 1994 to 1995. Matt holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Water Resources and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from Virginia Tech.
