Michael Kilar

Michael Kilar, P.E., is a Principal Engineer at NV5, Inc., specializing in civil engineering with a focus on Transportation, Utility, and Right of Way Engineering. They became a Licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey in 2015 and in New York in 2020. Prior to their current role, Michael worked as a Highway Engineer at NV5, engaging in numerous projects for the New Jersey Department of Transportation and other clients. They also gained experience as an Engineer at Turner Construction and as an intern in the surveying department at Maser Consulting. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, where they also served as a Teacher's Assistant.
