Nardy Khan

Nardy Khan is currently a Senior Project Manager at NV5 and previously served as the City Engineer and Director of Engineering and Environmental Services for the City of San Juan Capistrano. In this role, which began in July 2024, they established the new Department of Engineering and Environmental Services to address regulatory complexities and community needs. Before this, Nardy held the position of Deputy Director of Infrastructure Programs at the County of Orange from 2005 to 2024, managing a $1 billion horizontal capital program for OC Public Works. Nardy is also pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering at the University of California, Los Angeles.
