Orli Perez

Orli Perez has a strong background in operations, program management, and project management. Orli is currently working at NV5 as the Senior Vice President of Operations, where they lead strategic initiatives to foster team cohesion and drive substantial growth. Prior to this role, they were the Managing Director of Program Management/Owner's Rep for NV5 in Ohio and Florida. Orli also has extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager, with 15+ years of experience in strategic planning, move and transition planning, construction project management, and owner's representation. Before joining NV5, Orli worked at Safeguard Properties as a Senior Manager in REO Vendor Account Management, where they ensured accountability for meeting company and client standards. Orli has also served as the Founder & Managing Director of Perez Permits and the REO Asset Management Property Preservation at U S 1 Realty Corp. Orli started their career as an Associate Broker at Dart Homes - Premiere Montgomery County Real Estate. Orli excels in leadership, team building, and driving results in deadline-driven environments.

Orli Perez graduated from Beachwood High School. Orli then attended American University's Kogod School of Business from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business with Cum Laude honors.
