Prabhu Raj has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Prabhu has worked as a Recruitment Lead at NV5 since 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Khatib & Alami from 2022 to 2023. Prabhu also gained experience at AECOM as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from 2019 to 2021. Prabhu has worked in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, FMCG, infra, IT, automation, automobile, construction, e-commerce, pharma, and oil & gas, during their time at Planet PCI Infotech Ltd from 2016 to 2019. Prabhu started their career as an HR Recruiter at Infinium Associates from 2013 to 2016 and as an Assistant Manager Recruitment at Questa Global Private Limited for a short period in 2013. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a passion for talent acquisition and implementing innovative ideas.

Prabhu Raj earned a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from NIILM Center for Management Studies from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Commerce from St.Xavier's college from 2007 to 2010. Prabhu Raj attended Rani Matric Hr. Sec School from 2005 to 2007, studying Business/Commerce, and completed their High School education at Vivekananda Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1995 to 2005, ranging from Class 3rd to Class 7th. In addition to their formal education, Prabhu Raj obtained a certification in Building Self-Confidence from LinkedIn in 2019.
