Randy has worked in various roles, including engineer, vice president, and SVP, in different companies throughout their career. Randy has provided project management and engineering services for major industrial clients, specializing in HVAC, industrial ventilation, central utility plants, and process piping design. Randy has also been involved in upgrading centralized utility plants, cooling towers, and plant piping systems. Randy is knowledgeable in areas such as energy efficiency, decarbonization, and sustainability. Randy has demonstrated leadership skills, successfully setting and achieving corporate market sales goals. Randy's work experience includes projects for the US Air Force B-1 and B-2 Bomber programs.
