Ron Maggard

Ron Maggard, MBA, PG, is a seasoned professional geologist and neutral evaluator, currently serving as the Director of Forensics & Geotechnical Services at NV5. They possess extensive experience in the field, having held previous roles such as Vice President of Operations at EFI Global and COO at HSA Engineers & Scientists. Ron began their career as a Field Geologist at Driggers Engineering Services and later worked as a Project Geologist at Professional Service Industries, Inc. They have been a certified Neutral Evaluator since 2008 with the Florida Department of Financial Services, engaging in sinkhole loss disputes across the state. Ron holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from Morehead State University and an MBA from the University of South Florida.
