Sayed Hashemyan, PE, has over three decades of experience in civil engineering, currently serving as Vice President and Team Leader on the Afghanistan Ring Road Project at Hill International, Inc. since October 2011. Prior roles include Senior Field Engineer at NV5, Resident Engineer with the California Department of Transportation for 17 years, Task Order Manager at Louis Berger, Field Engineer at Consolidated Engineering Laboratories, and a position with Tishman Construction Management Company in New York. Sayed Hashemyan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Kabul University from 1973 to 1978.
