Scott Vinton is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in project management and leadership. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at NV5 since October 2005, Scott has also been an investor in Europa Village Wineries Resort & Spa since 2008. In public service, Scott was elected to the City Council of Murrieta in 2018 and served as Mayor in 2021. Prior to their roles in civic leadership, Scott held Project Manager positions at AEI-CASC Engineering and Fluor Daniel, as well as a Design Engineer role at The Keith Companies. Scott earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University, after previously studying at Northern Arizona University.
