Currently serving as Vice President of Pacific Northwest & Global Operations at NV5, Tobin oversees a large team and drives growth through effective budget management and client relationship cultivation. Previous roles include leading a Global Operations Center to support diverse business lines and fostering strategic partnerships at Quantum Spatial, where Tobin transformed the company into a global data analytics leader. An entrepreneur at heart, Tobin founded Tobin Guthrie Photography and has held various project management roles, focusing on analytics and technology development. Tobin holds an Executive MBA from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and GIS from Colorado College, supplemented by a Project Management Certification.
