A tenure at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers included serving as Commissioning Program Lead and Mechanical Engineer, overseeing critical military healthcare construction projects. Toby further advanced as Project Manager and Principal at EEA Consulting Engineers, focusing on government and military projects. Currently, Toby holds the position of Senior Vice President of US Building Solutions at NV5, leading efforts in commissioning and energy efficiency services across the Americas.
