Tom Williard

Tom Williard has over 20 years of experience in the renewable energy industry. Tom is currently serving as the Vice President at NV5, an international engineering consulting firm. Prior to joining NV5, Tom was the Principal, Co-Founder, and CEO of Sage Energy Consulting, where they worked on renewable energy and energy efficiency projects. Tom also co-founded SolEd Benefit Corporation, where they served as the CTO and Co-Founder, focusing on energy project financing. In addition, Tom co-founded GridShare - Renewable Energy Crowdfunding, a crowdfunding platform for renewable energy project finance. Before these roles, they held various positions at Sustainergy Systems Consulting and Design, Solmetric Corporation, System Design, Inc., and Ascend Communications, where they gained expertise in energy consulting, product development, and software engineering.
