Globally, the NVA community tops 1400 veterinary hospitals and pet resorts in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Over 20,000 veterinary professionals work to improve the well-being of patients by providing progressive and compassionate veterinary care. 

Since the first hospital joined NVA in 1997, founding veterinarian Dr. Stanley Creighton has emphasized support for the local medical standards established by individual doctors and practices. He has always believed that when veterinarians craft strategies specific to their own hospitals and communities, high quality patient care and client services follow.

This vision for local empowerment and servant leadership continues at NVA Canada today. The Operations Team at NVA Canada is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the company’s network of veterinary hospitals. This includes managing regional operations, developing and implementing strategic plans, supporting hospital directors with human resources and administrative tasks, overseeing financial planning and analysis, and integrating advanced technological solutions. By providing these critical support services, the team enables veterinary professionals to focus on delivering high-quality, compassionate care to pets and their owners across Canada.
