David T. Ackerman

David T. Ackerman, Esq. is a seasoned compliance and regulatory expert with experience across various sectors, currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at Nval and XandY, and as an OODA Network Expert at OODA LLC. In addition, David holds a position as an Alfred Lee Loomis Innovation Council Member at The Stimson Center, focusing on international technology policy challenges. Expertise also extends to the Homeland Defense & Security Information Analysis Center as a Subject Matter Expert. Previous roles include Head of Compliance and Data Protection Officer at MobileCoin, as well as Global Head of Regulatory Strategy at NICE Actimize, where David advised numerous organizations on compliance-related matters. David earned a Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida.
