Mark Frederiks

Mark Frederiks is an experienced professional in the field of quality assurance in higher education, currently serving as the Coordinator of International Policy at NVAO since June 2003. Frederiks has held various roles, including Affiliated Researcher at Universiteit Gent, Chair of the Appeals Committee at EQ-Arts, and Alternate Member of the Appeals and Complaints Committee at ENQA. Additionally, Frederiks has contributed to organizations such as the Asia-Pacific Quality Network and the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications. With a Doctorate from the University of Twente and a Master's in Public Administration from Radboud University, Frederiks has a comprehensive background in policy development and quality assurance, backed by extensive experience in both advisory and leadership capacities.
