Tom Sloot

Tom Sloot serves as the Director and managing partner of Calibre Group and Calibre Alignment B.V. since March 1999. In addition, Tom Sloot holds positions as Pelotonscommandant of the Eerste Peloton at Cavalerie Ere Escorte, and as a member of the visitatiepanel at NVAO since April 2021. Tom Sloot was a board member at MAXXED from January 2016 to January 2018, and previously owned and directed Pinken, a talent development company. Additional roles include Chairman of the Raad van Advies PMO2.0 from April 2013 to May 2015, PMO Lead at Politie, and Consultant at Pentascope and Sogeti Nederland. Tom Sloot earned an MBA degree from the University of Groningen and completed VWO at RSG.
