Inger Bugge

Inger Bugge is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and management across various industries. Inger held the position of Prosjektleder at SYSCO AS from May 2020 to March 2022, followed by a role as Manager Business Consulting at Cegal until February 2023. Currently, Inger serves as Seksjonsleder marked og systemdrift at Norges vassdrags- og energidirektorat since April 2025. Prior to that, Inger was the Manager Software Engineering at Tietoevry, overseeing software development and cloud teams. Inger also served as Daglig leder at BERIDER INGER C BUGGE, where Inger provided coaching to riders over several seasons and as rideskolesjef at Lefdal rideskole. Furthermore, Inger worked as Product Owner Accounting at Codan Forsikring, contributing to the implementation of an insurance system.
